DE LO QUE SE ENTIENDE POR GOBIERNO DEPARTAMENTAL Y SECTOR ADMINISTRATIVO. Para los efectos del presente Decreto, el Gobierno departamental está constituido por el Gobernador y el Secretario o Jefe del Departamento Administrativo al cual se halle adscrita o vinculada la respectiva entidad y por sector administrativo el conjunto de organismos que integran la respectiva Secretaría o Departamento Administrativo y las entidades que le están adscritas o vinculadas.
