Para los efectos del presente Decreto, se considera rentista al extranjero que compruebe recibir ingresos mensuales, regulares y permanentes, provenientes de fuentes externas, en cuantía no inferior al equivalente a doce (12) salarios mínimos legales mensuales. Este monto deberá incrementarse en el equivalente a un (1) salario mínimo mensual por cada integrante del grupo familiar que le acompañe en calidad de beneficiario.
