La Sociedad Tendrá Por Objeto Principal Unificar Y Modernizar La Prestación Dé Los Servicios Telefónicos, Radiotelefónicos Y Radiotelegráficos, Bajo El Control Del Gobierno Nacional, Extendiéndolos A Las Intendencias Y Comisarías; Y Con Tal Fin Podrá Adquirir Las Empresas De Telecomunicaciones Existentes En El País Y Construir Nuevas Líneas Telegráficas Y Telefónicas

La Sociedad tendrá por objeto principal unificar y modernizar la prestación dé los servicios telefónicos, radiotelefónicos y radiotelegráficos, bajo el control del Gobierno Nacional, extendiéndolos a las Intendencias y Comisarías; y con tal fin podrá adquirir las empresas de telecomunicaciones existentes en el país y construir nuevas líneas telegráficas y telefónicas.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno contratará con la Sociedad de "Telecomunicaciones Nacionales" la prestación del servicio oficial de telecomunicaciones.
