Articulo 5º Cuando no fuere posible hallar al inculpado al representante legal de la presunta firma responsable, según el caso, para notificarle el auto de traslado dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la fecha de su pronunciamiento, se emplazara por edicto que permanecerá fijado por igual termino en la Secretaria de la Junta, y transcurrido este, si no compareciere, se nombrara defensor de oficio con quien se adelantara la actuación.
