Los dineros y bienes provenientes de la asistencia técnica o financiera a que se refiere el literal n) del artículo 6º del presente Decreto, y los dineros provenientes de las publicaciones en la. Gaceta de la Propiedad Industrial, de la venta de la misma, y de otros servicios prestados por la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, pertenecen el Tesoro Público e ingresarán al Fondo Especial que la Superintendencia creado por el Decreto 623 de 1974, el cual tiene como objetivos cooperar a1 financiamiento de los programas del Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico y de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
