ARTICULO 3.2.1.9.- REGLAMENTOS UNIFICADOS. Las bolsas de valores tendrán reglamentos unificados salvo las reglas especiales que apruebe la Superintendencia de Valores para una bolsa en determinadas materias, siempre que con ello no se afecte la transparencia, seguridad y desarrollo del mercado.

Parágrafo TRANSITORIO

En caso de que no se presente el proyecto de unificación antes del 15 de abril de 1993, la Superintendencia de Valores dentro del ámbito de su competencia expedirá las normas correspondientes.
