El que constriña a otro a cometer una conducta punible, siempre que ésta no constituya delito sancionado con pena mayor, incurrirá en prisión de dieciséis (16) a cincuenta y cuatro (54) meses.

NOTA: Penas aumentadas por el artículo 14 de la ley 890 de 2004. (Vigencia desde el 1° de enero de 2005)
