Artículo cuarto. En el caso de que el Instituto propietario del vehículo terminare sus actividades en Colombia antes de los doce (12) años de que trata el artículo anterior, el vehículo deberá ser transpasado gratuitamente otra entidad cultural, docente, científica o tecnológica que funcione legalmente en el país, con el visto bueno del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
