En los seis (6) meses posteriores a la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, el Gobierno nacional reglamentará el régimen de inversiones de los saldos sin ejecutar que se encuentren en las cuentas maestras del Sistema General de Regalías de las entidades territoriales y que no fueron girados a la cuenta única según lo establecido en el parágrafo transitorio del artículo 27 de la Ley 2056 de 2020.
