Para obtener el título de Magíster o de Doctor se requiere: a). Ser abogado titulado. b). Haber cumplido el respectivo programa académico y c). Presentar un trabajo de investigación acorde con el programa, sustentarlo y aprobarlo en examen público ante el jurado que se integre de conformidad con el reglamento de la institución. El trabajo de investigación a que se refiere este artículo deberá ser autorizado previamente y supervisado en su elaboración por el centro de investigaciones.
