°. Para que los objetos enviados como obsequio á las tribus indígenas pueden gozar de exención de derechos a su importación por las Aduanas o por encomiendas o paquetes postales, cumplirán sus introductores y destinatarios los requisitos que se fijan por el presente Decreto.
