Las empresas privadas a las cuales se conceda la facultad de constituirse en aseguradoras de sus trabajadores, estarán obligadas a permitir a la autoridad encargada de conceder la licencia o a los agentes que ella determine, la revisión de sus cuentas en cuanto se refieren al pago de los seguros debidos, y a remitir, cada vez que ocurra el fallecimiento de un empleado u obrero al respectivo gobernador o intendente, un duplicado del comprobante o comprobantes del pago del seguro.
