Reporte de Información. La autoridad ambiental competente, deberá reportar al Instituto de Hidrología, Meteorología y Estudios Ambientales (Ideam), dentro de los cinco (5) primeros días hábiles de cada mes, la información actualizada del Registro de Usuarios del Recurso Hídrico.
