Artículo segundo. El período de los Jueces de Menores, de los Jueces Superiores y de los Jueces de Circuito, empezará el 11 de enero de 1956. Los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial harán la elección de dichos Jueces en la primera quincena del mes de diciembre del corriente año.
