° Las asignaturas a que se refiere el artículo 1° del presente Decreto no podrán hacerse en menos de cuatro años y se deja a los establecimientos la facultad de desarrollar y ampliar sus iniciativas técnicas y pedagógicas dentro de las materias señaladas en el presente Decreto, pero dichos establecimientos están obligados a dictar prácticamente los cursos que la Pedagogía exige como tales.
