Art. 1.° Los pagarés otorgados y los que en lo sucesivo se otorguen á favor del Banco Nacional tienen fuerza de escrituras públicas para todos los efectos legales y, en consecuencia, aparejan mérito ejecutivo, lo mismo que los documentos mencionados en el artículo 925 del Código Judicial de la Unión.
