A rtículo 6º. Postulaciones. El aspirante al cargo de notario, en la solicitud de inscripción anotará el círculo al que aspira, si en el círculo existe más de una notaría indicará también el orden de su preferencia.
En caso de empate habrá derecho de preferencia para el titular de la notaría.
