º . Ingresos corrientes de libre destinación de los departamentos . Para los efectos del numeral 9 del artículo 2º de la Ley 549 de 1999 se entiende por ingresos corrientes de libre destinación de los departamentos todos los ingresos corrientes de los departamentos o la porción de los mismos que no hayan sido asignados por la Constitución, la ley o las ordenanzas departamentales a una finalidad específica antes de la entrada en vigencia de la Ley 549 de 1999.
