Para todos los efectos legales, las personas naturales que presten sus servicios al Club Militar, tendrán el carácter de empleados públicos. Sin embargo, podrán ser vinculadas mediante contrato de trabajo las personas a quienes se les asigne el desarrollo de tareas relacionadas directamente con la prestación del servicio propio de la entidad, conforme al estatuto de personal.
