No se admitirán en hipoteca los inmuebles, de valor inferior a mil pesos ($1,000); ni los que estuvieren proindiviso a menos que todos los condueños firmen la obligación; ni tampoco se admitirán aquellos en que el usufructo y la nuda propiedad estén en diferentes personas, a menos que todos se obliguen.
