Artículo segundo. Para las finalidades señaladas en el artículo anterior y como organismo encargado de realizar un estudio sobre las características y utilización de los equipos de procesamiento de datos existentes en las entidades oficiales, integrase una comisión formada por el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, quien la presidirá, y por sendos representantes de los Departamentos Administrativos de Planeación y de Servicio Generales.
