También se invertirá dicho sobrante en el pago de las subvenciones a los ferrocarriles Nacionales departamentales, a la línea Nacederos-Armenia (Ferrocarril del Pacifico) y al cable aéreo al Choco de que trata la Ley 98 de 1923 , al ferrocarril de Bolombolo a Cañafístula, al ferrocarril de Cúcuta- Pamplona a Bucaramanga que hace parte integrante del ferrocarril del Norte, al ferrocarril del Nordeste y al Carare, partiendo de Tunja, en las mismas condiciones del Artículo anterior.
