Objeto. El presente sección tiene por objeto reglamentar el Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda de Interés Social en dinero para áreas urbanas, conforme a lo dispuesto en las Leyes 49 de 1990, 3ª de 1991, 388 de 1997, 546 de 1999, 789 de 2002, 1114 de 2006 y 1151 de 2007. Se aplica a entidades que administren recursos del Presupuesto Nacional o recursos parafiscales con destino al subsidio anteriormente mencionado.
