Artículo undécimo. Para ser Inspector Permanente de Policía se requiere, además de las condiciones generales, una de las siguientes: 1° Ser abogado titulado o haber cursado y aprobado los estudios de Derecho en una Facultad autorizada por el Gobierno. 2° Haber sido Juez por más de tres años. 3° Ser miembro uniformado y en actividad de las Fuerzas de Policía, con categoría de Oficial.
