Art. 2.° Trasládanse á la villa de Chinácota la Fiscalía del Circuito de Cúcuta, el Juzgado del mismo Circuito en lo criminal y el 2.° de lo civil. En éste se despacharán los negocios civiles y criminales correspondientes á las demás poblaciones que componen el Circuito expresado, con excepción de las designadas en el artículo anterior.
