º. Instancias de articulación. Para lograr el funcionamiento armónico del Sistema Nacional de Control Interno se determinan las siguientes instancias de articulación, sus competencias e interrelaciones con los sistemas de control interno de las entidades públicas, de tal manera que se retroalimenten continuamente para el fortalecimiento del Sistema de Control Interno del Estado, así: responsables, reguladores, facilitadores y evaluadores.
