Decreto 2753 de 1997 · por el cual se dictan normas para el funcionamiento de los prestadores de servicios de salud en el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud.

Transitorio. Los prestadores de servicios de salud que presten servicios dentro del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, que se encuentren funcionando a la fecha de publicación del presente decreto, tendrán un plazo de seis meses contados a partir de dicha fecha para registrar o actualizar su registro ante la dirección de salud correspondiente.

Parágrafo

Los prestadores de servicios de salud que no cumplan con los requisitos o no hayan adelantado los trámites pertinentes dentro del plazo establecido, no podrán contratar sus servicios dentro del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud.
