ORDEÑO Y MANEJO DE LA LECHE. El ordeño y manejo de la leche se harán de manera que se evite su contaminación; los recipientes, equipos y utensilios que se utilicen deberán lavarse y desinfectarse adecuadamente para su conservación; el almacenamiento de la leche se efectuará en forma que permita su conservación; y el transporte se hará en vehículos exclusivamente destinados al efecto, que reúnan los requisitos exigidos por el Ministerio de Salud o la autoridad delegada por éste.
