Muerte del separado. En caso de muerte de un miembro del nivel ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional que se halle separado temporalmente del servicio, sus beneficiarios en el orden regulado en este estatuto, tendrán derecho a las mismas prestaciones establecidas para los beneficiarios del personal del nivel ejecutivo que fallezca en actividad.
