Infraestructura física . Las instituciones deberán contar con una planta física adecuada, teniendo en cuenta el número de estudiantes, las modalidades pedagógicas, las actividades docentes, investigativas, de bienestar, administrativas y de proyección social. Igualmente, los programas desarrollados con la metodología de educación a distancia demostrarán que cuentan con la planta física necesaria, con indicación de las características y ubicación de los equipos e inmuebles en los lugares ofrecidos.
