Es Juez competente para ordenar el reconocimiento y practicar las diligencias indicadas en los artículos anteriores, según la cuantía de la obligación, el Juez Municipal o de Circuito del lugar donde resida el que firmó o mandó firmar el documento, o que de cualquier otro modo aparezca como responsable de cumplirlo.
