El Gobierno Nacional, por conducto de las secciones respectivas del Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, procederá una vez sancionada la presente Ley, a establecer en el Municipio de Manzanares una granja ganadera para el Municipio de Manzanares para el mejoramiento de la raza de ganados, especialmente del tipo blanco orejinegro; un puesto de monta y una granja agrícola de caña de azúcar, árboles frutales y maderables.
