º CONSTITUCION DE EMPRESAS. En concordancia con el

Parágrafo único

del artículo 983 del Código de Comercio, para la constitución de personas jurídicas como empresas de transporte público automotor de carga se requiere del concepto previo del INTRA o de la entidad que haga sus veces.

Parágrafo

Para la obtención del concepto previo se requiere solicitud del interesado que contenga: -- Campo de acción. --Ubicación de las agencias y oficinas. --Capital con el cual se pretende constituir. --Promesa de contrato de constitución de la persona jurídica.
