º Para tener derecho al tratamiento arancelario previsto en el artículo anterior, el interesado deberá cumplir los requisitos previstos en el artículo 2o. de este decreto y anexar el certificado expedido por el Incomex que acredite la inexistencia de producción nacional de la mercancía.
