Para los procedimientos de que tratan los artículos primero, tercero y séptimo de esta ley, serán competentes las oficinas de registro de instrumentos públicos, o las entidades que hagan sus veces, del Círculo de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos donde se encuentren ubicados los inmuebles.
