Art. 183. El empleado o funcionario nacional o de los Estados que , sin órden espresa del Poder Ejecutivo nacional, comunicada por la Secretaria del Tesoro i Crédito nacional á las respectivas oficinas pagadoras o recaudadoras, disponga de los fondos qne se recauden en las Aduanas o de los que deban recaudarse en la Tesorería jeneral por derechos de importación, incurrirá en las penas asignadas por los artículos 342 a 345 del Código Penal, según los casos, aun cuando los fondos se apliquen para objetos del servicio nacional o para usos públicos de cualquiera naturaleza.
