Para que los agentes- de fábricas y casas extranjeras puedan presentar cotizaciones en las licitaciones que abrá él Departamento Nacional de Provisiones, deben llenar las siguientes condiciones: 1° Inscribirse, indicando las casas que represente y los demás datos que señale el Departamento; 2° Acreditar la agencia que le ha sido confiada, presentando los poderes o credenciales correspondientes; 3° Exhibir' la inscripción legal en la Cámara de Comercio de su vecindad.
