ARTICULO 2.4.3.2.28 . - ACTIVIDADES DE BENEFICIO COMUN. El Banco Central Hipotecario, de conformidad con su tradición podrá continuar contribuyendo con recursos provenientes de sus utilidades, al desarrollo de actividades de beneficio común. Las condiciones de modo, tiempo y lugar en que se realice esta función y los correspondientes presupuestos, serán determinados por la junta directiva. Esta podrá autorizar al Banco para constituir asociaciones, fundaciones u otras entidades, para cumplir mediante ellas actividades de carácter cultural. SUBSECCIÓN CUARTA.
