El Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, podrá de oficio o a solicitud de terceros, cancelar las matrículas o certificados expedidos, cuando se compruebe el mal uso que de dicha matrícula o certificado se hubiere hecho por razones de notoria incompetencia o falta de honradez.
