El Director de la Contabilidad General de la República visitará en cada período económico, una vez por lo menos, las oficinas de contabilidad de los Ministerios, á fin de que resuelva los puntos dudosos que puedan presentarse allí y de que haga cumplir todas las disposiciones fiscales, legales y reglamentarias en tales oficinas. De las visitas que practique se extenderán las respectivas actas, que se publicarán en el Diario Oficial.
