El artículo 9 º del Decreto número 2248 de 1977 quedará así: Las salas de exhibición cinematográficas deberán presentar largometrajes colombianos, por lo menos, durante treinta (30) días en el año. En caso de incumplimiento de la presente disposición el Ministerio de Comunicaciones podrá sancionar al propietario de la sala con multa hasta de cien mil pesos ($100.000), suspensión hasta por treinta (30) días o cierre de la sala cinematográfica, según la gravedad de la infracción.
