La violación de las demás obligaciones impuestas por la Ley 1ª de 1932 y por este Decreto, será castigada con multas de veinte a cien pesos que impondrá el Ministerio de Industrias, previa comprobación de los hechos. Las multas que se impongan en conformidad con este Decreto tendrán el carácter de penas correccionales y su valor ingresará al Tesoro Nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
