Art. 2.° El Gobernador del Departamento de Boyacá, cuidará de que la comprobación de la calidad de baldíos, la mensura de los terrenos que por el artículo anterior se ceden al Departamento y la adjudicación de ellos se hagan de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales sobre adjudicación de tierras baldías.
