º. Dependencias Regionales . Para el cumplimiento de sus funciones y conforme las decisiones de su Junta Directiva, El Fondo deberá crear unidades o dependencias regionales encargadas de atender uno o varios de los Distritos Judiciales existentes. Estas dependencias cumplirán las funciones que la Junta Directiva del Fondo le señalen y conforme a los actos de delegación de ésta y del Gerente.
