Los Fondos Ganaderos desarrollarán dentro de su objeto social los planes y programas que en relación con estas entidades diseñe y establezca el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.

Así mismo, los Fondos Ganaderos suministrarán la información necesaria para el cumplimiento de las políticas agropecuarias que diseñe el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.
