Ámbito de aplicación. Las disposiciones de este decreto se aplicarán a las entidades públicas del orden nacional, departamental, municipal, distrital y distrito especial que hacen parte del Sistema Nacional de Acompañamiento Social e Infraestructura Social al Programa de Vivienda Gratuita, y que por sus funciones y oferta de servicios contribuyen a garantizar la permanencia y la estabilidad social de los hogares beneficiados con el Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda 100% en Especie, y la sostenibilidad de los proyectos del Programa de Vivienda Gratuita.
