Las obras deportivas que se construyan en la ciudad de Santa Marta con base en lo dispuesto en la presente Ley con dineros provenientes de auxilios nacionales serán de propiedad de la Junta Administradora de Deportes del Magdalena y las que se construyan con auxilios del mismo origen en las ciudades de Barranquilla y Cartagena, serán de propiedad de los respectivos Municipios.
