Los Oficiales no ejecutivos, cualquiera que sea su grado, estará bajo el mando del Comandante o del segundo Comandante del barco en que se encuentren y del Oficial de Guardia. En todo lo que pertenezca a sus respectivos departamentos o funciones estarán sometidos a la autoridad del Oficial ejecutivo más antiguo que se halle presente o del que esté encargado del servicio que se encuentre desempeñado.
