Libertad bajo custodia. La libertad bajo custodia suspende, parcialmente, la ejecución de la resolución procesal mediante la cual se ordena la privación de libertad del procesado. Esta medida solo podrá, ser adoptada por el Juez en cualquier estado del juzgamiento.
