Art. 38. Para la aprehensión de armas, municiones u otros elementos de guerra y de las personas contra quienes se esté procediendo o se hubiere de proceder por infracciones de esta Ley, se procederá en caso de allanamiento, con las formalidades que para este acto prescriben las leyes de la Unión.
